H12-10 : Speaker ModuleH12-01M : Speaker Module – Mouse
H12-01R : Speaker Module – Rat

This module contains a speaker for delivering audio signals or masking noise to any mouse arena.  The speaker may receive its audio signal via the pass-thru line from the back of the Linc or from one of the in-line cards on this page. The impedance is 8 Ohms.

H12-02 : High Power Tone ModuleH12-02M-2.9 : 2.9 kHz High-Power Tone Module – Mouse
H12-02M-4.5 : 4.5 kHz High-Power Tone Module – Mouse
H12-02R-2.9 : 2.9 kHz High-Power Tone Module – Rat
H12-02R-4.5 : 4.5 kHz High-Power Tone Module – Rat

This module contains a 2.9 KHz Sonalert® high amplitude tone signaling devices. We provide an attenuated drive and a direct, high amplitude drive so that they may be used for general cueing or aversive audio stimulation. A jumper on the module allows the selection of high or low amplitude.

H12-06 : Tone CueH12-06 : Tone Cue (ECB mount)

This is an economical audio cueing device. It is not a module. It plugs directly onto any Environment Connection Board (ECB) and is operated via the "tone" input.  The output is 4KHz and 86dB at 10 cm.

H12-07 : Seven-Tone Audio CueH12-07 : Seven-Tone Audio Cue (Requires speaker module)

This stimulus device is an in-line PC board that connects to the H12-01M, H12-01R or other speakers.  It contains a tone generator, amplifier, and shaped rise audio switch.  It is controlled via one of the triple cue connectors and has an output connector for a speaker. A 3-bit binary code on the triple cue input produces 7 tones from 1 KHz to 4 KHz in increments of 500 Hz.

H12-08 : White Noise GeneratorH12-08 : White Noise Generator (Requires speaker module)

This device is an in-line PC board containing a white noise generator, amplifier, and a shaped rise audio gate.  It connects to the H12-01M, H12-07R, or other speakers and is controlled via a spare or tone connector on the environment connection board.  The noise is gated on and off by the spare control line.  The H12-08 White Noise Generator can be used for either cueing or masking noise.  An amplitude adjustment on the board is included.

H12-09 : Seven Level Audio AttenuatorH12-09 : Seven-Level Audio Attenuator (Requires source & speaker)

This device is an in-line PC board providing programmable controlled attenuation of any audio signal passed through it.  It may be connected in series between any audio source and a speaker. By using the 3 bits of a triple cue output, it provides seven levels of signal amplitude.  This is often used in combination with either the H12-07 7-Tone Audio source or the H12-08 White Noise source as well as other sources of audio signals.

A12-33 : Programmable Tone/Noise Generator (Requires speaker)
